Scott Bowcher is a Graduate of Canberra Academy of Dramatic Art. Coming from a long history of music, he first started performing at the age of 6.
Throughout this time Scott was playing violin and saxophone at parties, events and gigs, his mother was the president and co founder of the Shoalhaven Youth Orchestra and his travelling father engaged Scott in performing for audiences all around NSW.
At 19, Scott first starting acting in Musical Theater. By 20 he was already advancing his skills and was the assistant director in the Albatross Musical Theatre Company production of My Fair Lady (2010) whilst at the same time completing his Diploma in Communications and Media.
At 22, Scott was asked to play along side with Jon English (Australian Rock Legend) and Andrew Sampford's band 'Rock Revolution'. The band toured for 8 months all over Australia.
Scott currently resides in Nowra, where he works from home teaching violin and saxophone. He has performed with many organisations within the ACT and NSW including Canberra Playback Theatre, ImproAct, Canberra Academy of Dramatic Art (CADA), Albatross Musical Theatre Company (AMTC), Wild Shakespeare and the Berry Drama Group.
